Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 40 g butter
- 4 tbsp sugar or honey
- n. B. Whiskey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the bananas, halve them lengthwise, and then quarter them. Lightly caramelize them with sugar or honey in a pan. Add the banana pieces and fry lightly on both sides. Pour the whiskey over them, light them, and flambé the bananas. Be careful, as they can flare up. Arrange the bananas on a plate while they’re still warm and serve with fruit, vanilla ice cream, or whipped cream, if desired.
