Hot Mango

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 3 shots of Cointreau
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp sugar, sweetener or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan. Briefly sauté the mango in the butter and deglaze with the Cointreau. You can also flambé it briefly (light it), but it’s not necessary. Then add sweetener and fry for a bit longer. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
