Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- Rum (preferably high-proof)
- Whipped cream, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut peeled bananas into pieces. Fry in butter on one side, then flip. Drizzle with honey and continue frying. Heat rum in a ladle over an open flame. Light it and pour it over the bananas. Let it burn off. Deglaze with cream and let it simmer slightly. Arrange banana pieces on plates and drizzle with the cream and caramel sauce.
