Microwave Banana Brownie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp milk or soy milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ½ m.-sized banana(s)
  • 10 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 1 pinch of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

Mug cake

Combine all ingredients, except the banana and dark chocolate, in a bowl. Mash the banana with a fork and add it, then mix everything together. Once the ingredients are combined, chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the mixture. Pour the batter into a mug with a capacity of at least 350 ml and microwave for 4 minutes at approximately 1000 watts.
