Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g spelt flour
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp herbs, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour all at once and sauté. Slowly add the liquid while stirring and bring to a boil. Add the herbs to the sauce and season generously with the spices and lemon juice.
