Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

Mix all ingredients until a smooth dough forms. Pour the dough into a greased microwave container (approx. 500-600 ml) and bake for 4 minutes at 600 watts. The microwave does not need to be set to “bake.”
