Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s) (alternatively turkey breast fillet)
- 2 chili peppers, depending on the spiciness, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 200 ml white wine
- 400 ml cream
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- curry powder
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Chop the chicken breast fillet into small pieces and fry in a pan. Once the meat is cooked, add the finely chopped chili peppers and garlic cloves and fry briefly. Deglaze with white wine. Bring to a boil briefly, then add the cream. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder, and paprika. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Rice goes well with this dish.
