Fiery garlic chicken in white wine cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s) (alternatively turkey breast fillet)
  • 2 chili peppers, depending on the spiciness, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 400 ml cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the chicken breast fillet into small pieces and fry in a pan. Once the meat is cooked, add the finely chopped chili peppers and garlic cloves and fry briefly. Deglaze with white wine. Bring to a boil briefly, then add the cream. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder, and paprika. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Rice goes well with this dish.
