Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g beef fillet(s) or beef steaks
- 500 g pasta (fusilli)
- 1 shot of white wine, acidic (Sauvingon Blanc)
- salt and pepper
- 1 point vegetables (Italian pan-fried vegetables, e.g. from Iglo)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Parmesan, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the beef fillet or steaks into finger-thick strips. Peel and mince the garlic. Briefly fry it in the pan with the beef until the center of the fillet strips is still pink. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Deglaze the meat with a generous splash of white wine and let it simmer briefly. Remove the meat from the pan and cover to prevent it from cooling down too much. In the now empty pan, prepare the stir-fried vegetables (this takes about 5 minutes), making sure they still have a good bite. Then add the pasta and meat to the vegetables and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper and serve. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
