Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g gyros meat, marinated as desired
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 tube(s) of tomato paste, 200 g each
  • 1 tsp beef broth, instant powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy

Fry the gyro as usual. Add the cream and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the tomato paste and beef broth powder and season with salt, pepper, and other spices, if desired. Serve with noodles or rice.
