Turkey – potato – pepper – tomato pot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g turkey breast
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with a pinch of curry powder for that special kick

Wash the turkey breast, pat dry, and cut into cubes. Brown it in a large saucepan. Dice the onion, add it, and sauté briefly. Add the diced bell pepper and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the passata and vegetable stock. Add the diced potatoes and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder to taste. Serve hot. Serve with fresh bread.
