Instructions

gluten-free + dairy-free

Flatten the turkey breast cutlets, coat them in ground pepper and mustard seeds, then roll them in the beaten egg, coat them in the salted buckwheat flour, and fry briefly on both sides in hot oil. The time depends on the thickness of the slices.
