  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp garlic, roasted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp five-spice powder

Instructions

suitable as a spice for chicken or for marinating

Mix all ingredients together! Directions: For coating poultry (for a whole chicken) – use 50 ml of oil! For marinade – take 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 50 ml of oil, mix, and marinate the chicken in it.
