Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 4 tsp coriander
- 3 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp thyme
- 3 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 15 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
Slice the onions and press or mash the garlic with a fork. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour the finished marinade over the meat, making sure the meat is well coated with the onions and marinade. Refrigerate for about 24 hours. The onions can be cooked separately in a pan and served as a side dish to the grilled meat.
