Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g cooked ham, finely diced
- 250 ml cream
- 100 g Gorgonzola with mascarpone
- 125 ml white wine
- ½ tsp oregano, dried
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes
with pasta
Simmer the cream, cheese, and white wine together for 4 minutes. Stir in the diced ham. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano and serve with the pasta.
