Strawberry – Apple – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g strawberries
  • 300 g apples
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

makes about 8 glasses

Hull and wash the strawberries and place them in a large pot. Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the pot. Puree everything with a hand blender until smooth. Add the lemon juice (it’s a matter of taste, but it’s not necessary). Add the gelling sugar and cook according to the package instructions. Pour into jars and cover for 5 minutes.
