Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 chicken
- 500 g sour cream
- 4 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp chili pepper(s), finely chopped (without seeds)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 5 drops of lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Mix the sour cream with the chili sauce, chili, lemon juice, and chili powder. Rub the mixture all over the chicken pieces and marinate overnight. Pat off the marinade before grilling. Grill slowly over low heat until cooked through.
