Honey-chili marinade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp broth, clear
  • Herbs, as desired
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix olive oil with honey. Add half a teaspoon of dried chili. 1 teaspoon of clear broth and freshly ground pepper. Add herbs like rosemary or basil, if desired. Mix everything together, toss the grilled meat in it, and let it marinate for several hours.
