Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 bunch of leeks
  • 16 thick mushrooms
  • 1 head of white cabbage
  • 6 potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1,500 g sliced ​​meat, ready seasoned

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cook the peppers, mushrooms, leeks, and garlic in a wok for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the cabbage and potatoes for 20 minutes. Slice the potatoes and finely chop the cabbage, then stir-fry with the vegetables. Keep warm in a small pan and fry the strips for 20 minutes. Mix everything together and serve.
