Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 50 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some cinnamon for sprinkling
  • some sugar for sprinkling
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for 1 person

Combine the quark with the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Stir in the butter. Then add the flour and salt and mix until smooth. Grease a small baking dish with butter and pour the mixture into it. Sprinkle the surface with a little cinnamon sugar, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-35 minutes, until the top is nicely browned. To be sure, do the toothpick test.
