Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bananas, fully ripe
- 150 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 120 g oat flakes (whole grain)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Low Fat or WW – suitable, makes 12 pieces
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the bananas and mash them well. Thoroughly mix the flour, baking powder, whole-grain oats, salt, and cinnamon. In another, larger bowl, mix the eggs, butter, honey, and banana puree well. Quickly fold in the flour and oat mixture. Pour the batter into baking cups and bake for 20-25 minutes at approximately 180°C on the middle rack. Tip: The bananas should be very ripe, as the recipe doesn’t call for sugar. They don’t taste as good if the bananas are still quite fresh. Unfortunately, I don’t have the points anymore, but this is an original WW recipe using the old points system.
