Baked porridge

Mix the dry ingredients well. In a deep dish, mash a banana thoroughly with a fork, then stir in the egg and finally carefully mix in the milk. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix everything well with a wooden spoon. Brush a normal-sized baking dish with oil and pour the batter evenly into it. Slice the second banana and place it on top, adding raspberries or other pieces of fruit if desired. Place in the oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and broil for a further 5 minutes to caramelize the sugar. Divide into two portions and serve on plates with fresh fruit or ice cream. If that’s not sweet enough for you, you can drizzle with maple syrup, caramel syrup, or honey.
