Protein porridge with cinnamon

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml water
  • 6 tbsp whole grain flakes
  • 1 tbsp protein powder, e.g. vanilla
  • 50 ml sweetener
  • some cinnamon
  • 1 handful of raspberries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

Fast, healthy and delicious

Pour the water into a small saucepan and heat. Add six tablespoons of oatmeal and one tablespoon of protein powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until it becomes a light porridge. If you prefer it thinner or thinner, simply vary the amount of water or flakes. Once the porridge is ready, pour it into a bowl and add cinnamon, sweetener, and raspberries or other fruit as desired. It might not look that delicious to some, but I think it tastes really good, and I look forward to it every morning.
