Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 120 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 4 tbsp semolina
- 500 g quark
- 250 g berries
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Quark casserole
Separate the eggs, beat the butter, sugar, and egg yolks until fluffy. Stir in the lemon juice and semolina, then add the quark. Beat the egg whites and fold in. Place the berries in a greased baking dish, pour in the batter, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
