Pasta – Spinach – Salmon – Casserole

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g pasta
  • 300 g leaf spinach
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g salmon
  • ½ ball of mozzarella
  • possibly tomato(s), dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual and transfer to a baking dish. Cut the salmon into cubes or slices and spread them on top of the pasta. Dice 1 onion and 1 garlic clove and sauté in a pan until translucent. Sauté the spinach leaves, roughly chop, and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. (If you like, you can also dice 3 sun-dried tomatoes and add them). Spread the spinach on top of the pasta and salmon layer. Arrange half a ball of mozzarella (roughly torn) on top. Cover the whole thing with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 35-40 minutes. By covering it with aluminum foil, the liquid from the spinach stays in the casserole, so the dish stays moist even without the sauce and also saves calories.
