Apple rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g rice pudding
  • 1 pack of lemon peel flavoring
  • 500 ml milk 1.5% fat
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 65 g sugar
  • 4 apples
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Without raisins

Peel and grate the apples, mix with the remaining ingredients, and place in a baking dish. Place the rice pudding in a covered baking dish in an unheated oven at 160°C. Stir the rice once after 30 minutes of baking, then bake for another 30 minutes. Season with a little cinnamon, if desired, just before the end of the cooking time.
