Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 apples (Gala)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • possibly cinnamon powder
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

Fat-free and healthy

Remove the apple core with an apple corer. Then cut the apples into thin slices, approximately 5 mm thick, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drizzle the slices with lemon juice and then dry for approximately 1.5 hours at 80°C fan-assisted oven on the second rack from the bottom. Allow to cool. Tip: If you like, you can also sprinkle the apple rings with a little cinnamon or powdered sugar.
