Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 roses, unsprayed
  • 90 g tea leaves, black
  • 1 shot of rose water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 9 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 9 days 1 hour 15 minutes

Pluck the rose petals and wash them. Let the leaves dry in the oven at 50°C for about 1 hour. Place the black tea leaves and rose water in a porcelain container and seal. Let it steep for 1 day. Then add the rose petals and let it flavor for about 8 days. Take 1 teaspoon of the mixture for 1 cup and pour boiling water over it. Let it steep for 4 minutes.
