Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 350 g chickpeas
  • 150 g tahini
  • 1 tsp salt, or more, to taste
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 dates

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the garlic cloves and add them to the blender along with the chickpeas and sesame paste. Season with salt and lemon juice. Add the olive oil and blend thoroughly. For a Christmassy twist, add a few dates instead of the garlic (pit them first if you haven’t already) and blend them in.
