Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp mustard seeds, brown
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp allspice berries
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 ½ tbsp pepper, mixed
- 1 tbsp dill seeds
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 chili pepper(s), dried, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Store in a dry, screw-top jar or use immediately. For one 1-liter jar of pickles, I use 1 tablespoon of pickle seasoning.
