Bavarian pasta salad

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g fusilli or rigatoni
  • 1 jar vegetables (carrots and peas)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 125 g Leberkäse
  • some pickles
  • n. B. Emmentaler
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 shot of cucumber juice
  • 1 shot of white wine vinegar
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar
  • n. B. Honey
  • 1 tsp, heaped creamed horseradish
  • e.g. Paprika powder, sweet or hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain the carrots and peas, dice the onion, bell pepper, and meatloaf, finely chop a few pickles, and dice the cheese. Place everything in a bowl. Now add the Miracle Whip, mustard, vinegar, oil, pickle water, creamed horseradish, a little honey, and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with paprika, salt, and pepper.
