Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 2 m.-sized banana(s)
- 5 tbsp protein powder
- 50 ml milk

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Banana pancakes without flour
Mash the bananas and mix with the eggs. Add the milk and egg white powder and mix again until the batter is smooth. If it’s too thick, add more milk, and if it’s too runny, add more egg white powder. Pour sunflower oil into a pan and add a certain amount of batter, depending on the desired size, and cook until the pancake is cooked through.
