Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • ½ banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the eggs in a small bowl and slice the banana. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry both briefly. Tear the toast into small pieces, add them, and continue frying. Add the milk and stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar. Fry until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
