Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- salt water
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 50 g peas (frozen)
- 50 g carrot(s) (frozen)
- 1 bottle of beer, light
- 1 dash of cream
- some salt and pepper
- lemon juice
- Parsley, flat for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and let cool. Combine the mayonnaise, cream, and beer and pour over the pasta. Fold in the peas and carrots and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Ladle the pasta salad into glass beer mugs and garnish with flat-leaf parsley.
