Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (corkscrew pasta)
- 2 pointed peppers, red
- 1 can of corn, 400 g each
- 1 can of peas, 400 g each
- 1 can of carrots, 400 g each
- 200 g ham
- 1 jar salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance), 500 ml each
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes
quick and easy to prepare
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and then rinse. Dice the bell peppers and ham. Slice the canned carrots. Place the canned corn and peas in a colander and rinse. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, add the salad dressing, and stir well. Add a little water to the jar of salad dressing, shake, and add it to prevent the salad from becoming too thick. Season the salad with salt and pepper. Be careful with the salt, as the ham is already salty. It’s best to prepare the salad a few hours in advance so it can marinate properly. However, it’s also delicious straight away.
