Minced meat and zucchini pan on noodles with garlic and yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 m.-large zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g natural yogurt 3.5% fat
  • 500g fusilli
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Spice mix (7-spice mix)
  • Garlic, granulated or fresh
  • Herb(s) (garden herbs)
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Turkish style

Wash the zucchini and dice it. Heat the oil in a large pan and brown the minced meat. Season with salt, garlic, the 7 spice mix, and the mixed herbs. Add the zucchini and fry, adjusting the seasoning if necessary. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and season with the mixed herbs and garlic. A small splash of milk makes the yogurt creamier. Arrange the cooked pasta in portions on a plate, spoon the minced meat and zucchini mixture over the pasta, and top with the yogurt.
