Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 70 g sugar
  • 20 ml rum or amaretto
  • 25 ml of amaretto cherry syrup
  • 100 g Amarena cherries, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

The Italian classic

Mix all ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Then pour into the ice cream maker. After about 40 minutes, you’ll have creamy ice cream, which can be served garnished with amaretto cherries, syrup, and whipped cream.
