Fish fillet with sour cream curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g fish fillet(s), e.g. pollock fillet
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • curry powder
  • Salt
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Thinly slice the onion and sauté in oil. Sprinkle with curry powder. Season the fish fillet with salt, drizzle with lemon juice, and place on top of the onions. Blend the sour cream with a little cream until creamy, spread it over the fillet, and sprinkle with curry powder. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Serve with rice and endive salad.
