Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 oranges
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 500 g chicken schnitzel
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Juice 2 oranges. Mix the oil with orange juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate the schnitzels in it for 1 hour. Peel and fillet 2 oranges. Fry the schnitzels in a pan, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Melt the vinegar and sugar in the frying fat. Pour in the marinade. Heat the orange segments in the sauce and pour over the schnitzels.
