Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 188 g sugar
- 225 g margarine
- 6 eggs
- 1 pack of caramel pudding powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- e.g. chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and quickly mix to form a batter. Divide the batter among approximately 18 muffin tins. Then bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top and bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes. For smaller muffin tins, 15 minutes is sufficient.
