Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 smoked pork, boneless
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 15 g porcini mushrooms, dried
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • some flour, to bind
  • some water for soaking

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Soak the porcini mushrooms in water for about 30 minutes, then drain well. Brown the smoked pork in a pan with a little oil, remove it, and sauté the onions in the pan. Pour in the broth and add a little cream. Season with salt and pepper and thicken the sauce with a little flour. This goes best with homemade spaetzle and a mixed salad.
