Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g turkey meat, cut into approx. 3 cm cubes
- 200 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 2 bell peppers
- ¼ bunch thyme
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp butter

Goes quickly
Brown the turkey in a pan with a little butter and honey. Meanwhile, separate the bell peppers and slice them into thin strips. Transfer the browned turkey to a plate and set aside for a moment. In the same pan, add the bell peppers to the remaining butter and honey. Once softened, add the meat and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes with a little thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh white bread for a quick and delicious meal.
