Banana chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 50 g chocolate drops or shavings
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 bananas
  • 90 g butter
  • 150 g applesauce
  • 220 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for 12 pieces

Combine flour, baking powder, hazelnuts, chocolate, and cinnamon in a bowl. Peel and mash the bananas. Combine with butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, applesauce, and eggs. Mix vigorously (until lightly foamy) and then stir into the dry ingredients. Divide the batter evenly among 12 muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes.
