Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1.2 kg grapes, light seedless
- 3 lemons
- 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
so simple, so delicious!
Remove the grapes from the stems and weigh out 1 kg. Wash and drain. Halve about half of the grapes and place them in a saucepan. Mash the other half with a hand blender and add them to the pan. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice. Now stir in the gelling sugar. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring vigorously. Then immediately pour into hot, rinsed jars and seal tightly.
