Autumn jam with red plums, blackberries and apples

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apples, peeled, pitted and cut into thin strips
  • 400 g plum(s), red, pitted and cut into small cubes
  • 100 g blackberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp rum, 40%

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

refined with a dash of rum and some cinnamon

Combine the apples, plums, and blackberries with the gelling sugar in a large saucepan and blend until lightly browned, but the pieces should still be visible. Heat the mixture, add the cinnamon, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the rum. Ladle the hot jam into sealable jars and let the jars stand upside down for about 5 minutes.
