- 75 g sugar
- 125 g quark 40%
- 125 g cream cheese, natural
- ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder for cooking
- 25 ml rapeseed oil
- 125 ml milk
- lemon zest
- 1 pack of waffle cups

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Beat egg and sugar until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well (the mixture will be quite runny, so use a tall container). Place the waffle cups on a baking sheet or in a muffin tin and fill each waffle cup 3/4 full with the mixture. Place the tray with the waffle cups in the hot oven and bake for about 35 minutes. Once the surface of the cups is golden yellow, they are ready. Important: Leave the waffle cups in the switched off oven for about 5-10 minutes! This reduces the likelihood of the cheesecake mixture collapsing. Tip: If you want, you can decorate the waffles with frosting and a piping bag to look like soft serve ice cream.
