Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp, heaped flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp, heaped sugar
  • 1 tbsp, leveled cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp, levelled chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

without milk and egg

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder in a large mug. Add the oil and water and stir well. The batter should be rather chewy and not stick to the mug. Stir in the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate. Place the mug in a microwave and bake at 640-700 watts for about 1 minute 20 seconds.
