  • 3 oranges
  • 9 tangerines
  • 1 lemon(s), to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

easy to prepare

Juice the mandarins (nectarines) and oranges and pass through a sieve. Juice the lemon, also pass through a sieve, but set aside. Mix the mandarin-orange juice with the gelling sugar and season with lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove and boil gently according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally. Then fill the jelly into prepared twist-off jars (jam jars), immediately seal them tightly, and let the jelly cool. Tips: Add lemon according to taste or the sweetness of the oranges and mandarins. The jelly is sweet, not bitter like some orange or lemon marmalade. Other quantities can also be prepared. The ideal ratio is 1 orange to 3 mandarins. Measure the juice and add the appropriate amount of gelling sugar.
