Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork steak(s) or pork schnitzel
- 8 slices of pineapple
- 250 ml hollandaise sauce
- 200 g grated cheese (Gouda, Emmental)
- some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Simple and super delicious!
Fry the steaks/schnitzels in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Then place each steak/schnitzel on a plate. Place two slices of pineapple on top, sprinkle with cheese, and then drizzle with hollandaise sauce. Microwave for about 3-5 minutes or place in the oven at 120°C (250°F) until the cheese is nicely melted. A broiler setting is best for crispy cheese! Serve with fries or rice.
