Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg roast pork (boneless pork roast)
- 60 g prunes
- 4 pieces of apples, Boskoop
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours
Carve the meat like a roulade. Chop the plums and soak for about 2 hours. Cut the apples into pieces. Season the meat and arrange the drained plums and apples on top. Roll up and wrap with kitchen string. Season the outside. Brown, add a little water, and braise in the oven at 180°C for about 90 minutes.
